It's not fair that you will continue to get paid less just because you don't have the CDIA+ certification next to your name on your resume. Companies are always inundated with resumes and looking for people with Computer Services industry experience and CompTIA CDIA+ Value expertise. There are a lot of fakers and then there are a lot of proven Computer Services professionals. The proven professionals always seem to be the ones with the CDIA+ certification, regardless of how many years of CompTIA CDIA+ Value experience they actually have. Go figure.
